Responsibilities:
- Manage daily administrative and front office functions
- Oversee scheduling, patient communications, and customer service
- Coordinate insurance processing and billing activities
- Support team members and maintain efficient office workflows
- Ensure an exceptional patient experience from check-in to check-out
Qualifications:
- Previous dental or healthcare office management experience preferred
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
- Knowledge of dental practice management software and insurance processes
