What is QDAP?
The NHDS Qualified Dental Assisting Program (QDAP) offers courses in the following:
- Infection Control for Dental Assistants
- Preliminary Oral Inspection for Dental Assistants
- Coronal Polishing for Dental Assistants
- Crown and Bridge Restoration for Dental Assistants
- Monitoring Nitrous Oxide Use for Dental Assistants
- Sealant Certification for Dental Assistants
- Radiography Training for Dental Assistants
How do the courses work?
Working in conjunction with a Member Dentist, courses are a mixture of in-office training, clinical requirements and didactic material provided through NHDS.

- Coronal Polishing for Dental Assistants: $310.00
- Crown and Bridge Restoration for Dental Assistants: $310.00
- Monitoring Nitrous Oxide Use for Dental Assistants: $310.00
- Sealant Certification for Dental Assistants: $310.00
- Radiography Training for Dental Assistants $295.00
What happens when I have completed the course?
Once you have completed the course and subsequent required exam, you will be issued a Certificate of Completion.
